Paul trained in epidemiology, biostatistics and genetics at the University of Cambridge and the US National Institutes of Health. Paul currently co-chairs the ADA/EASD Precision Medicine in Diabetes Initiative, the leading global effort to translate the vision of precision diabetes medicine into clinical practice.
