Aparna Ganapathy is the Director of Clinicogenomics unit at Citadel Precision Medicine LLC (CPML). With a doctoral degree in Human Molecular Genetics, Aparna has over thirteen years of experience in the field of healthcare. She specializes in the area of application of genomics for diagnostics and precision medicine. Her interest lies in but is not limited to rare diseases and oncology. Her experience in the healthcare field spans varied areas from Next Generation Sequencing (NGS) based genomic testing, pharmacogenomics, drug target exploration for pharmaceutical industries, and scientific data mining to name a few. Prior to working at CPML, Aparna worked as Associate Director of the clinical genomics unit at Strand Life Sciences, Bangalore.
Her work is published as an author and co-author in several international peer-reviewed journals.
