SAVE THE DATE - Nordic Precision Cancer Medicine: Implementation, Access, Patient Data and AI

Date: Wednesday 9th April, 2025 – from 16:00 to 18:00 CET

Prior to Nordic Precision Medicine Forum 2025, we will produce the first PMF Virtual Event dedicated to Implementation, Access, Patient Data and AI in Nordic Precision Cancer Medicine (PCM). Providing clinicians, researchers, patients and their representatives, the opportunity to share information on and discuss challenges around precision cancer medicine implementation in the Nordics, without the need to travel.

Why this Topic, and Why Now?

Throughout the Nordics, patient advocates play a vital role in ensuring PCM is implemented successfully, although often it can be difficult for them to take part in live in-person forums due to financial, time, and/or health constraints. We want to make sure patient’s voices are heard by those responsible for implementing precision medicine and provides a platform to share insights on and discuss the following:

  • What PCM implementation initiatives currently exist across the Nordics?
  • What diagnostic techniques do these initiatives employ and how can patients access them?
  • How can we address patient concerns around health data sharing and the use of AI?

Speakers Confirmed So Far

Inge Kristensen, CEO, Danish Society for Patient Safety

Margareta Haag, Chairperson, Network Against Cancer

Richard Rosenquist Brandell, Chair, Genomic Medicine Sweden
